We are a specialist Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Operational Management Consultancy, based in Bangor, Co Down, Northern Ireland.
Consult CPK Ltd was established by founder and Managing Director Colm Kelly CMIOSH MIIRSM. Colm can demonstrate significant and relevant knowledge, ability, training, expertise in various sectors. He ensures a competent and professional approach to the operational management and the management of health, safety, and welfare.
Colm holds an extensive experience in the construction industry and the leisure industry; having worked at contract / operation management, site engineering/design, safety management/consultancy and health & safety training. Colm is conversant with health and safety legislation and working practice. Colm has gained various educational qualifications, including HND in Civil Engineering; NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice, Level 5 Diploma in Fire Safety and Risk Management and NEBOSH Certificate in construction health and safety. Over the years Colm has received various accreditations, including CSCS/CSR Building Site Manager and a CSCS/CSR Health, Safety Practitioner Card, Street Works Licence, Pool Plant Operations, Legionella Awareness, GDPR Practitioner. Colm is a full member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM) and Chartered Member of Institute of Occupational Safety Health (CMIOSH).
Chartered Members are recognised within the health and safety profession as meeting the highest standards of skills and knowledge.
Colm keeps up to date with all changes in legislation via various channels, groups, and subscriptions. He has completed various recognised Teacher/Trainer/Assessor qualifications enabling him to carry out various training courses, to include Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Fire Safety, Emergency Pool Responder, First Aid, Basic Life Support & AED.
