Consult CPK Ltd is a specialist Health & Safety and Fire Safety Consultancy and Training Provider based in Bangor, County Down, Northern Ireland. Since 2022, we have supported organisations across Northern Ireland and Ireland with practical, tailored solutions that help create safer, compliant, and efficient workplaces.

Founded by Colm Kelly, Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH), Full Member of IIRSM, and Associate Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (AIFireE), Consult CPK brings a wealth of expertise to every client relationship. Colm’s extensive experience spans construction, leisure, contract and operational management, with a strong background in health and safety legislation, risk management, and training delivery. His qualifications include NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Practice, Level 5 Diploma in Fire Safety & Risk Management, NEBOSH Construction Certificate, and HND in Civil Engineering, alongside numerous accreditations and trainer certifications.
Our team of dedicated professionals combines technical knowledge with a practical approach, ensuring every client receives solutions that work in real-world environments. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including Competent Person support, health and safety audits, fire risk assessments, policy development, and safety management advice. In addition, we deliver accredited classroom training and flexible e-learning options, covering topics such as Health & Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid, Manual Handling, and Emergency Response.
Training can be delivered at our own facility, at your premises, or online giving you complete flexibility to meet your organisation’s needs. Our Client Hub offers secure access to resources, documentation, and ongoing support, ensuring compliance is simple and efficient.
