PERSONALISED CLIENT HUB FROM CONSULT CPK
All our clients will have protected access to our Main Hub (SharePoint). This can be set up as a Home Page, with access to various Health & Safety Information, Tool Box Talks, Upcoming Training & Events, News Updates & Blogs.
In addition, we will provide access to a personalised Client HUB SharePoint Site. Each Client HUB will be bespoke to their demands and will enable quick access to all their Company H&S Documentation. For example, Policies, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Operating Manuals, Checklists, Records etc.
Get Organised
Secure Folders are made available for our Clients to upload daily, weekly, monthly, annual certification or checklists / forms.
We can further set up secure folders, so only specified employees can access them. Our clients can use the Client Hub as a secure place to store, organise, share, and access information from any device (computer, tablet, or smart phone).
Upon request, we can upload all other documentation for our Clients, such as HR and Administration Documents. This allows instant access for our clients employees.
