Your Feedback Matters
As part of our competent person services, your employer has requested we provide a worker health & safety suggestion box, enabling employees provide their ideas and recommendations for improving health and safety in the workplace. This can be left anonymous or not, but in any case, we will provide this information directly to your employer.
The purpose of the suggestion box is to:
- Encourage employees to contribute to a safer work environment.
- Provide a confidential way to report safety concerns or propose safety improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
- Allow management to gather insights directly from employees who are familiar with the day-to-day operations and potential hazards.
The suggestions collected can range from small changes to significant improvements and cover various aspects, relating to health, safety, welfare and fire safety.
For the suggestion system to be effective, it’s important to include your employers name.
