By bringing together businesses from a variety of sectors, this programme has provided participants with essential health and safety knowledge, supporting both individual development and organisational compliance.
The Challenge
Across all industries, maintaining high standards of health and safety is critical. However, many organisations face ongoing challenges, including:
Ensuring staff have up-to-date, accredited training
Embedding consistent safety practices across teams
Meeting legal obligations while maintaining operational efficiency
Building a workforce that is confident in identifying and managing risk
The aim of this initiative was to address these challenges by delivering accessible, high-quality training that meets the needs of modern workplaces.
The Training Programme
Consult CPK delivered the Level 2 Health & Safety qualification, a recognised course designed to provide participants with a solid foundation in workplace safety principles.
